Ingredients

 4 servings
  1. 1 litre Milk -
  2. Cauliflower – 1 small size
  3. 5 tbsp Sugar –
  4. 2 tsp Ghee -
  5. 25 g Cashew -
  6. 25 g Almonds -
  7. 25 g Raisins -
  8. 4 Cardamom -

Steps

  1. Clean cauliflower with hot water 2-3 times and break it small small piece.

  2. In pressure cooker Boil it till cooked well, drain and keep aside.

  3. Put the Kadhai on gas and heated and add Ghee,cardomom powder heated and add boiled cauliflower and fry till 5 minute.

  4. Add the 1 liture milk and cook on high flame till it becomes half the volume.

  5. Add the sugar and kewda water, Raisin coock for 5 minutes till thick.

  6. Now add all the dry fruits and transfer it into the bowl.

  7. Garnish it with Almond, pista.

  8. Keep in refrigerator after it gets cool. Serve.
