Ingredients

 2 servings
  1. 4 Bread Slices
  2. 2 tbsp Butter
  3. 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  4. 2 tbsp chopped Capsicum
  5. 2 tbsp cucumber chopped
  6. 2 tbsp Onion chopped
  7. 2 tbsp Tomatto chopped
  8. 2 pinch black pepper powder
  9. to taste Salt

Steps

  1. MAYONNAISE SANDWICH STEP BY STEP

     

    1.Take all the ingredients except bread in a bowl and mix well.

  2. 2-Cut the brown edges of the bread (optional).

  3. 3-.Apply some butter.

  4. 4.Spread spoonful of veg-mayo mixture on the bread slices

  5. 5-Place bread slice above the other and cut into triangle/square.Serve Eggless Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich with ketchup.
