Soya bean shami kabab is a very simple recipe. which you can easily make at your home Soya beans shami kababs is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Soya beans shami kababs is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

Ingredients

 6 servings
  1. 100 gram - soya granules
  2. 50 gram - Channa Dal
  3. 6 peace – whole Red chilli
  4. 2 - onion chopped
  5. 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  6. to taste Salt
  7. 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  8. 1/2 tsp – rosted cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tsp – Coriander powder
  11. Whole Spices
  12. Bay leaf 2 peace
  13. Cinnamon 1 inch peace
  14. Black cordomom 1 peace
  15. 1/2 tbsp Khaskhas
  16. 2 tbsp - chopped Dhania leaves
  17. 1/2 cup - mint leaves (optional)
  18. 3 - green chillies chopped
  19. oil for frying

Steps

  1. Soak in hot water or boil water soya granules separately for 30 miutes.

  2. Take the soaked soya granules and squeeze out any water that is left.

  3. Wash channa dal, take soya granules and cook with all the remaining ingredients in a pressure cooker. After one whistles, lower the flame and simmer for 15 minutes.

  4. Take cooled channa dal,whole spices,Soya chunks, grind a coarse paste.

  5. Add coriander leaf chopped in kabab mixture or past.

  6. Now apply some oil in your palm.

  7. Take a hot pan, and put 1/2 cup oil.

  8. Put one by one kabab in a frying pan.

  9. Shallow fry it on the medium flame from both the sides till it turns into golden brown color.

  10. Now serve the soya bean shami kabab by sprinkle chaat masala.corander leaf and oniin and enjoy with parath,Roti, Rice.
