Ingredients

 5 servings
  1. 1 bowl Besan flour
  2. 300 gm Paneer
  3. 1/2 tbsp Beaking soda
  4. 1/2 tbsp Chat masala
  5. For making Curry ---'
  6. 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  7. Green chilli 3 peace
  8. 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  9. Coriander leaf 1tbsp
  10. Powder spices
  11. to taste Salt
  12. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  13. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  14. 1 tbsp Tomatto paste
  15. 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  16. Onion paste 2 peace
  17. Gram masala powder 1/2 tbsp
  18. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  19. 1/2 tbsp Roasted cumin powder
  20. 1/2 bowl Oil
  21. Whole spices
  22. Cloves 2peace
  23. 1/4 tbsp Termeric
  24. 1 inch Cinemun
  25. 1/4 tbsp black paper
  26. Green cardomom 2 peace
  27. Bay leaf 2 peace

Steps

  1. How to make Paneer Pakoda --

     
  2. In a bowl, take a 250 gram flour besan, red chili powder, chaat masala, baking soda powder, salt according to taste and add water and make batter.

  3. Put oil in a fry pan and heat it

     

    Put the paneer in a batter and fry it in oil and fry it on medium flame

  4. Fry the paneer pakoras from both the sides and then take it out in a plate

  5. How to make Paneer Pakora Curry ----

     Put oil in the pan and heat it
  6. Add the whole spiced cinnamon, small cardamom, standing spices, cloves, bay leaves, and roasted till it smells.

     

    Add onion and fry for 10 minutes.

  7. Add garlic ginger paste and roast it for 10 minutes

     

    Add tomato paste and roast it for 2 minutes

  8. Add all the spices powder Red Chilli, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Pepper Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt to taste, Garam Masala powder Add cumin powder and fry it for 15 minutes.

  9. Add a little water to the spices and fry it well.

     

    Add a glass of water to the spices to make gravy and cook until it comes to a boil.

  10. Now mix the paneer in the spices and cover and cook for 1 minute.

  11. Add chopped green chilli, coriander leaf and mix it with spices.

     

    Paneer Pakora curry is ready and we can enjoy this pander pakora curry with Roti, Rice.Paratha,and Nan
