Paneer is the Indian term used for fresh Cottage Cheese, and burfi or barfi means a scrumptious and creamy fudge made up of milk solids, paneer and sugar. No Indian festival is complete without the presence of burfis, ladoos or pedas.
Instant Paneer burfi is made with the condense milk sugar, and paneer. All 3, when combined together, creates a lip-smacking creamy delight! Paneer Burfi.

Ingredients

 6 servings
  1. 300 gram Cheese cottage
  2. 300 gram Milk made condense
  3. 1/4 tbsp Cardomom powder
  4. 3 tbsp Sugar
  5. Almond 6 peace

Steps

  1. Let's turn the induction on and heated the pan.

     

    Put the condenses milk in the pan and keep stirring.

  2. Now add grated cheese and sugar and cardamom powder in condensed milk and cook until thickened.

  3. Stir the paste mixture evenly until it thickens so that it does not get in bottom.

  4. The burfi paste mixture is thick and has started leaving the pot too.

  5. Barfi is ready and it is stored in a plate.
    Grease a plate and line it with a plastic sheet. Transfer the burfi mixture into the lined greased pan. Use a rubber spatula or spoon to spread burfi evenly across the pan.

  6. Let it set in the fridge for 10 minutes.

  7. After 10 minutes, Barfi is cut into small pieces to eat and we can serve it.
    To get a solid block of burfi, set burfi 10 Minutes in the fridge and cut the cubes after the 10 Minutes with a sharp knife.

  8. We Garnish Barfi with badam (Almond) and now we can enjoy it.

  9. If the weather is hot and humid then store burfi in the fridge. It’s good for 2 – 3 weeks in the refrigerator. If it’s winter, burfi can stay outside on the kitchen counter.
