- 2 Pieces Boiled Bananas
- 1 Piece Sliced Lemon
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped carrot
- 1/4 black pepper powder
- 1/4 chilli flax
- 1/2 Rosted cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chili
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
Steps
Wash the raw banana thoroughly and cut them in three parts.
Heat Pressure cooker adds raw banana chunks into it and 1 glass water and Boil. Cook bananas for 8-10 minutes until they get soft.
Strain the water and allow bananas to come at room temperature.
Now peel the bananas and mash them finely in a bowl
In a bow mash banana and add cumin powder, black pepper, red chilli flax,salt to taste. Chopped ginger and garlic and copped onion and green chilli, coriander leaf,tomato, carrot, mustered oil, Lemon juice and mix well with hand.
Banana bharta is ready, take it out in a plate. Serve banana bharta with chappati, parantha or rice and relish eating.
