Paneer Lachha Paratha Recipe a Indian Layered Flat bread that is most often made with maida (all-purpose flour). This recipe of Lachha Paratha is healthy and is made from whole wheat flour and maida also.

Ingredients
- 240 gram Wheat flour
- 240 gram Maida
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- to taste Salt
- For Stuffing Paratha----
- 1/2 tbsp Chat masala
- 200 gram Paneer
- 1/2 tbsp Red chilli flax
- 1/2 tbsp Rosted cumin powder
- Coriander leaf 2 tbsp
- 2 pinch Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Ghee
Steps
In a bowl, two and a half grams of flour, two and a half grams of wheat flour salt, according to taste, put two spoons Ghee and mix well.
With the help of water, knead the dough and keep it covered for 30 minutes.
The dough is set, now the dough will be cut into pieces.
Roll the peda into a circular chapati size.
Put ghee on the bread and fill two spoons of stuffing.
Spread the staffing on the roti and sprinkle all purpose flour and then roll it in a circular shape like fluffy paratha.
