How to Make Paneer or Cheese at home
INGREDIENTS
Fat milk-2 ltr
White vinegar -3 tbsp
METHOD
Turn on the heat and boil the milk in pot.
When the milk start boiling, add the vinegar 1spoon in 3 times.
When the milk begin to curdle, increase the heat on medium flame and stir.
As soon the milk is completely curdled, turn off the heat and stain the milk in cotton cloth.
Run cold water on it to remove the sour taste of vinegar completely.
Squeeze it and press with weight the cotton cloth for 10 minutes.
Keep a heavy weight on cotton cloth to extract all the water for 10 minutes.
Paneer is set now in shape , cut it into any shapes and use it.
