 CHICKEN RARA FANCY CHICKEN KA SALAN I RARA CHICKEN 

It's a traditional Indian recepie.It has a unique gravy, it's a very famous Indian restaurant dish. Flavorful traditional chicken dish in a thick curry, Aroma spiced up with cardamom, yogurt and whole red chillies and powder spices. A flavourful dry (rara) chicken recipe. The rich aromatic gravy is to die for.

Ingredients

 5 servings
  1. 500 gms Chicken
  2. 250 gms Minced Chicken
  3. 2 Finely Chopped Onions
  4. 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  5. 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes paste
  6. 3 tbsp Oil
  7. As per taste Salt
  8. 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
  9. 4 nos Green Chilli Chopped
  10. 1 bowl Curd
  11. For Whole spices-
  12. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  13. 2 Bay leaves
  14. 2 Black Cardamom
  15. 1 inch Cinnamon
  16. As per taste Powder spices
  17. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  18. 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  19. 1 tbsp Corianderpowder
  20. 1/2 tbsp Rosted cumin powder
  21. 1/2 tbsp Turmericpowder
  22. 1/4 tbsp Black Pepper powder
  23. 1 tsp Gram masala powder 1/2 tbsp
  24. 1 tbsp Kewda water

Steps

  1. Wash chicken well and keep aside for 30 min.

  2. Turn on the induction, put oil in the pan and keep it hot.

  3. After the oil is heated, add the whole spices (bay leaf black cardomom) and roast till it fragrance and cumin seed crackle.

  4. Add chicken in pan and fry it till the color changes.

  5. Add garlic ginger paste and two spoons of curd and roast it high flames for 2 minutes.

  6. All the powdered spices are roasted for 2 minutes.

  7. Add fried onion and tomato paste and roast it well.

     

    Add yogurt and mix it well and roast it.

  8. Add the cream and mix and roast it.

  9. Add the chicken mince and mix it well and roast it well.

     

    Add chopped pieces of green chilli and mix well.

  10. The chicken has been roast with the minced meat, now add a glass of water and cover it to cook.

     

    add kewda water and cover it and cook it.

  11. Chicken Rara is cooked now turn off the induction.

     

    The chicken Rara takes out in a plate or bowl for serveing.

  12. Garnish the chicken rara with coriander leaves and green chili pieces.

     

    Chicken Rara is ready to eat, now we can enjoy it.
