Potato and Cheese Croquettes is an unique deep fried mouth-watering crispy savory snack made with potatoes mixed with spices, herbs egg and brilliantly coated around a cheese stick, bred crumb and deep fried until golden and crisp. This is a small fried snack roll containing of boiled and grated potatoes, herbs, spices etc.










This filling is encased over a soft cheese and deep fried making it crispy and crunchy on the outer side and soft and luscious inside.
This recipe is easy and very special because of the spices it calls for. Potatoes as such has a sweet, milk earthy taste,

Ingredients

 6 servings
  1. 500 gram Potato
  2. Egg 2 nos
  3. 100 gram Mozrella cheese
  4. 1/4 tbsp Black pepper
  5. Coriander leaf 3 tbsp
  6. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 80 gram Bred crumble
  9. Oil for fry as required

Steps

  1. Wash the potatoes and boil them in a pressure cooker.

     

    Peel the potatoes and mashed well.

  2. Took a bowl and put the mashed potatoes and put all the spices black paper, red chilli powder, salt to taste, coriander leaf and put the Moxrella cheese and bread crumb and mix it well with the help of hands.

  3. Then after mixing the mixer in a bowl, cover it with rai paper and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.

  4. Take out the Potato mixture from freez and take a tre for Aloo tikki and sprinkle t

  5. Put the potato tikkis in the tray and after making all the tikkis sprinkle the maida over the tikkis in the tray.

  6. Put oil in the pan and heat it to fry the tikkis.

     

    Put the tikkis in the pan and fry them.

  7. Flip the tikki over to the other side until they turn golden in color.
