 3 servings
  1. 100 gram Bhindi
  2. Garlic 2 potle whole
  3. Green chilli 10 peace
  4. Tomato 2 peace
  5. Onions chopped 1 peace
  6. to taste Salt
  7. 2 tbsp Oil mustered
  8. Coriander leaf as required

Steps

  1. How to make step by step --

     

    wash the lady finger tomato green chilli well and dry them

  2. After heating the pan, fry the garlic and green chillies

  3. Applying oil in lady finger and tomato, cover it on the pan for 15 minutes and roast

  4. Turn the tomatoes and ladyfingers from the other side and roast well.

     

    After roast, take out the okra in a plate and put the tomatoes in water to cool down.

  5. Take out the tomato peel and cut the top and bottom of the lady finger.

     

    Roasted lady finger, tomato, garlic, green chilli and salt as per taste are grinded in a mixer.

  6. Take out the ground material from the mixer in the plate.

     

    In the paste (bharta or chokha) of lady finger, mix two teaspoons of oil and finely chopped onion and coriander leaves.

  7. You can keep salt and chilies according to your taste.

     

    With the help of a spoon, mix the okra of the lady finger.

  8. Bhendi ka chokha is ready as bhindi ka bharta and you can enjoy it.
