Beetroot Special Raita Recipe -
Beetroot Raita is a healthy Indian vegetarian side dish that goes well with roti or rice or biryani. It is made with chilled yogurt, shredded beets, and grated cheese cottage , grated cashew nuts and some seasoning. The tadka on the top is make more delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Beet grated
- 1 bowl Curd
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Oil refine
- 1/4 tbsp Rosted cumin powder
- Cashew grated 2 peace
- 1/4 tbsp Mustered seed
- 1 tbsp Paneer grated
Steps
Pour curd into a bowl, add Grated beet, rosted cumin powder and salt to taste, add red chili powder, grated cashew nuts, grated paneer, and make well batter.
Now let's prepare the spice seasoning.Burned the gas and put the spoon to heat up.
Heat a spoon of oil in a tempering spoon and add mustered seed then heat it until the crackles and the tempering is ready.
Turned off the gas and added the prepared tempering on the beet Raita
Beet Raita is ready and Raita is taken out in a Bowl or plate.
Garnish the raita with chopped thin sliced cashew green coriander leaves and green chillies.
Beet special Raita ready to eat and can enjoy it.
