तोरई का भर्ता (Torai ka bharta recipe i Turiya ka Bharta / Ridge Gourd Mash
This is one of the easiest and great tasting dish. this dish is very delicious and healthy.
Turiya ka Bharta is a ridge gourd mash . The dish has a mild smoky flavour.Bhartas are basically mashs and they could be as simple complex as Baingan ka bharta. Torai ka bharta is basically mash of torai and whole spices. This test is awesome. Try to this recipe you get new flavours.
Ingredients
2 tbsp mustered oil
Salt to taste
Whole Red chilli 6 peace
Whole Garlic 2 potli
Torai 500 gm
Method for making torai bharta ---
First of all, we wash the taroi well and make a hole with the help of a fork.
Apply the mustard oil to the taroi and roast it for 15 minutes.
Remove the taroi from the pan and put it in normal water for 10 minutes to cool down.
roast the whole garlic and red chilli for 5 minutes.
Cut the taroi into small pieces and put it in the mixer and grind it with all rosted spices and salt
.Remove the paste of taroi from the mixer and add two teaspoons of mustered oil and mix well.
Torai bharta is ready to eat.
Enjoy the torai bharta in meal with roti,paratha, rice.
