Paratha’s are traditionally a breakfast recipe through out the western and northern india. more often, these parathas are served with curd, pickle,tomato ketchup, tea and topped with butter. cheese stuffed chesse aloo paratha is prepared very similarly to traditional aloo parathas. however, cheese and spices is added to the stuffing to make it more delicious,testy.
paratha’s are one of the famous breakfast recipes in north india.
cheese stuffing with aloo and spices will enhance the taste of this simple paratha’s. i have not deep fried this paratha’s and i have pan fried it. i wouldn’t recommend deep frying as the cheese may burst out while frying.

Potato cheese paratha recipe | aloo cheese paratha recipe
INGREDIENTS :
FOR STUFFING:
250 gm potato, boiled and peeled and mases well
2 green chilli , finely chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tbsp pudina leaves, finely chopped
salt to taste
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese,
1 tsp chilli flax
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp dry mango powder / amchur powder
FOR CHAPATHI / PARATHA DOUGH:
1 cup whole wheat flour / atta
1 cup flour maida
1 glas milk
water as required for kneading
¼ cup wheat flour for dusting
FOR ROASTING PARATA:
ghee or oil as requiredghee or oil as required
INSTRUCTIONS
firstly, in a large mixing bowl, mash boiled potato
Also add in bowl wheat flour and maida and mix well.
also add finely chopped coriander and pudina leave
furthermore, add all the spices and salt to test and mix well.
CHAPATHI / PARATHA DOUGH
also add milk and knead till the dough is non sticky, soft and smooth.
furthermore, grease the dough with a tsp of oil and cover with moist cloth and rest for atleast 10 minutes.
ASSEMBLING AND ROLLING CHEESE ALOO PARATHA RECIPE:
firstly, pinch a medium sized ball dough, and roll it in a circle of about 5 to 5.5 inches in diameter.
place the prepared cheese stuffing in the center.
take the edge and start pleating bringing to center.
sprinkle some flour and roll to of a chapati size.
ROASTING PARATHA RECIPE:
firstly, place the rolled paratha.
when the base is partly cooked, flip the paratha.
furthermore, add more oil / ghee and roast both sides.
finally, serve hot cheese parathas
