INGREDIENTS:


FOR BHAJI:


3 tbsp oil
60 gm butter

4 Green chilli finely chopped

1/2 bowl  peas / matar

2 peace Onion finely chopped

3 peace tomato finely chopped 

500gm potato, boiled & mashed

salt to test

 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder

4 tsp tsp pav bhaji masala

1 tsp kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves

2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chop ped

1 tsp ginger garlic paste


2 drops red food colour, optional

water to adjust consistency

TO TOAST PAV:


8 pav / bread roll

4 tsp butter


½ tsp pav bhaji masala

1 tsp coriander leaves, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

firstly, in a large kadai heat 3 tsp oil and  4 tbsp butter and add green chilli chopped and chopped onion and cook till soft cook. 

and again add 1 tbsp ginger garlic pest ,3 peace  tomato chopped and salt to test and cook 5 minute 

Now Again add 1/2 bowl boiled green peas, 4 tbsp pav bhaji masala , 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Salt to test and 1 tbsp  kasuri meth and few minutes vegetables. cook and  add potato and mash well.

Add 4 tbsp butter and mix well.also add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, saute well.

now add 2 drops of red food colour and mix well.

boil and mash for  minutes adjusting consistency.

finally, serve pav and bhaji as pav bhaji.
