Lajawab White Gravey Khoya Paneer wth Kulcha Recipe--   

Lajawab White Gravey Khoya Paneer wth Kulcha   Recipe: A  unique perfect blend of cashews, khoya, green chillies and cardamom curried with cottage cheese chunks giving a Lajwab maharaja  royal treat and can easily be a show stopper in any party , festival or occasion. Serve this whote  creamy gravey , rich curry with some fresh home made Kulcha  or even enjoy with some zeera rice and salad. Khoya paneer is a  unique perfect dinner. when you have guests or some one special at home.

Lajawab White Gravey Khoya Paneer 


Ingredients -


Cheese cottage 250 gm
Khoya 50 gm
Oil 1/2 bowl 
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp 
Green chilli 2 peace
Onion chopped 2
Corn flour 1 tbsp 
Cashew 50 gm
Bey leaf 2 peace
Cordomom 3 peace 
Cloves 3 peace 
Cinnamon 1 inch in peace 
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp 
Salt to test 

For making  of Lajawab  white Gravey Khoya Paneer 


Heat the pan, add oil, add onion garam masala, green chilli cashew and fry lightly.

After light frying make a paste of all the spices

Fried the cheese lightly

Heat the pan, add oil, add two bay leaves and add all the spices paste and stir.

Add corn flour and stir it for 5 minutes

Add khoya and roast for 2 minutes.

Add Water for Greay and mix well and stir for 2 minutes

Add the cheese to the gravy and cook for 5 minutes. 

Lajawab White Gravey Khoya Paneer is ready to eat.

For making Kulcha--


Ingredients Kulcha -


Flour Maida 2 bowl
Beaking Powder  1 tbsp
Beaking soda 1/2 tbsp 
Salt to test 
Curd 3 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp 
Water as required 

Step by step marking  Kulcha -


Make soft dough by mixing all the things in the flour.and  Put the dough aside to rest for 30 minutes.

Bites of round shape are cut.and Small long sized Kulchas take the vine.

Put water on the Kulcha and apply coriander leaves,  Sprinkles Kalonji and take the light vine.

Heats the pan and put  the kulcha in pan and bake from both sides.

Kulcha is ready to eat.
