Egg Double Chingari Recipe -
Anda double chingari is a street and dhabas style food recipe. It is named as anda double chingari as it is double spicy & double type egg mixture in curry, egg prepared in two ways and chatpata. It is a very easy and simple delicious new style recipe. It tastes just awesome unique.
The taste of egg double spark is such that it is enjoyed as soon as it is eaten.

Ingredients-
3 Boiled Eggs
3 Raw Eggs
1 Big Onion (Paste)
1 Big Tomato (chopped )
1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic (paste)
1 tbsp Red Chili powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin powder rosted
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander
2 Green Chili
1/2 bowl or Cup Oil
1/2 tbsp Whole cumin seeds
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tbsp pudina leaf
1/2 chat masala
Method- How to make Egg Double chingari Recipe-
To make Anda double Chingari first, take a bowl to break the egg, sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of chat masala and whisk it well.
Take a pan to add oil once the oil heats enough, add the whisked egg and fry it. Once the egg has done chop it and takes out from the pan.
In remaining oil, add cumin seeds and green chilli and onion paste and cook until turns into golden.
Put ginger and garlic paste and saute for 3 minutes then pour tomato puree and cook until the oil oozes out.
Add red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, black pepper, kashmiri red chilli powder,gram masala and salt. Mix it up altogether.
Once the oil oozes out add fried and boiled eggs. Mix it up well and sprinkle garam masala and add water for Gravey as required.
simmer for 5 minutes then garnish with fresh coriander,pudina leaf and green chili.
Anda Double chingar is ready to serve and enjoy it.
