Makhana Burfi Recipe -
This burfi is yum and satisfies all those sweet cravings especially in this winter season. It channels the nutrition in foxnuts and Raisin and is very easy to make.
Burfi or fudge is a most popular home made sweet enjoyed at any Indian household. There are many varieties of burfis you can make by adding or eliminating the flavors and ingredients. But this Makhana burfi is one of my favorites.

- 1 Littre Milk
- 3 Tbsp Ghee
- 120 gram Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1 Tbsp Raisin
- 1 Tbsp Kewda water
