This recipe is everything you love about a traditional carrot Swiss roll — the delicious roll, a milk khoya filling, all bundled up together in one cute roll — but this one is made with a fantastic carrot roll cake.And when I say carrot, I mean lots of carrots. Because, believe it or not, there are two full cups of shredded fresh carrots hidden in there!










Once you eat swiss roll of carrot,you will not be able to forget its taste..your stomach will be full but your heart will not be filled. Try this Recipe.

Ingredients

 8 servings
  1. 300 gram Grated carrot
  2. 1/2 litre Milk
  3. 120 gram Sugar
  4. 1/4 tbsp Cardamom powder
  5. 2 tbsp Ghee
  6. 100 gram Khoya
  7. Almond 6 nos
  8. 1 tbsp Sugar powder

Steps

  1. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a large pan.

  2. Add cardamom powder and roast till flavor.

  3. Add grated carrots and fry a little while. Add milk and grated badam (Almond) sugar,and Cooked in slow flame with continuous stirring.

  4. Add 1pinch orange food colour, 1 tbsp kewda water and Cooked in slow flame with continuous stirring.

  5. When carrots are cooked and the halwa become thickened turn off the flame. and mix well.carrot halwa is ready.

  6. Let it cool a little bit. Spread it evenly over a cling wrap sheet.

  7. Take a khoya or mawa and mashed sugar powder wekk and make soft knead and Spread it evenly over a cling wrap sheet.

  8. Then spread it evenly over the carrot halwa.

  9. Make a light roll. Wrap it in a aluminium foil. Keep it in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to set.

  10. Take out from refrigerator. Cut it about 1-2 inch pieces. Serve them.

  11. Enjoy the carrort swiss Roll.
