i am really wonder why many people buy curd incited of making it at home.its just an easy to do task.which require no experience.i have enjoying farm fresh milk and home made curd.i have put down all my experience as tip and trick to get curd right.i am sharing post how simple making curd at Home.

How to make curd home made l DAHI JAMANE KA TARIKA | HOMEMADE CURD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS


1/2  kg fresh milk

2 tspn yogurt as a starter
Cashroll for curd settel
Tavel to cover cashroll
Glass big size for milk mixing 

INSTRUCTIONS


Boil milk in a pan. Turn flame off.

 Let milk become lukewarm.When it is lukewarm, just dip you  finger to check the temperature.

Finger should not burn neither that finger does not feel warmth.

Right temperature is that milk should be warm enough that your finger should bear it easily!

Now  add 2 tsp of curd in one side of the milk and mix it a little and cover it.

Leave the container undisturbed in a warm place for 2 hours. The curd will set within 2 hours under favorable conditions.

Cover the cashroll with Tavel for 2 hours to sets curd.

Refrigerate once the curd sets.

If you leave the curd outside for a long time, it will become sour
