Ingredients of Degi Mutton Korma Recipe: This mutton korma recipe has mutton stirred in with curd, water and a melange of spices along with garlic-ginger, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon sticks.

Ingredients Of Degi Mutton Korma

1/2 bowl oil
1 onion, sliced
300 gms mutton
3-4 tsp curd
2 bowl water
1/2 tbsp salt to taste 
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garlic (paste )
1 tsp ginger (paste)
2 Cloves
3 Whole green cardamom
1 Cinnamon sticks
1  onions, fried
1/2tsp kewda water 
12 Nug makhana

How to Make Degi Mutton Korma

Heat the oil in a deep dish, add the finely sliced onions and lightly brown fry it.
Add the mutton, curd, salt, water, coriander powder, red chilli powder,Gram masala powder and stir for a few minutes.
Now add the garlic, ginger, cloves, green cardamom and the cinnamon sticks bay leaf and mix well.
Cover it and cook on a slow fire for about 30 mins, then add the fried onions and stir again.
Cover and cook for an hour or till done.
When cook then add kewada Water and makhana
Garnish with thin deep fried onion rings and serve hot.

You can serve Degi mutton korma/Shadi wala Degi mutton korma with steamed rice or a choice of Indian bread.
