Peel the bitter gourd and cut it from the middle, take out the pulp and ldip it in turmeric salt water and keep it for 30 minutes.

Ingredients :


Bitter gourd 5 pieces

Whole spices

Sauf 1 tbsp (Fennel seeds )
Methi 1/2 tbsp (Fenugreek spices)
Kaluji 1/2 tbsp

Rossted spices 

Cumin  powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp 
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp 
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp 
Gram masala powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt to test
 

Special rosted spices 

White seasome powder 2 tbsp
Peanut powder 4 tbsp 
Coconut powder 2tbsp 

Onion fryed 2 tbsp 
Teramind pulp 4 tbsp 
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp


Process step by step:


Put the pot on the induction to be heated and add 4 tablespoons of oil.

Put the spices and bitter gourd in the pot and keep it covered for 10 minutes to cook.

After the bitter gourd becomes soft, add garlic ginger paste and find it for 5 minutes.

All the spices are mixed, Red chilli  Powder, rosted Coriander Powder, rosted cumin seed Powder Garam Masala Powder Turmeric Powder Salt according to taste and mix them all.

Combine some water and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Special roasted spices mix coconut peanut white sesame powder.

Fried onions add tamarind water and mix.And put some water for 5 minutes to melt.

Lift the lid and see if the bitter gourd is ready.Bitter gourd is ready

Now take it out in the pot and it is ready to eat.
